Factors such as adsorbent saturation, temperature, pressure, and flow rate fluctuations must be considered during testing, as they can influence the results. Consequently, multiple tests under stable operating conditions are typically required to ensure data accuracy and representativeness.

 

The testing process generally integrates standardized test methods with online monitoring systems, utilizing sensors to record key parameters in real time. This enables a scientific assessment and continuous optimization of the adsorption-based oil and gas recovery equipment's operational performance.
