Tank Farm VOCs Treatment Device: VOCs emitted from tanks, regardless of size, not only cause significant oil and gas losses but also pollute the atmosphere. This series of products is widely used for VOCs gas recovery in tank farms.
The main treatment method is to install a headspace connection gas phase pipeline and add a VOCs treatment device at the end. After treatment, the exhaust gas meets emission standards. The main processes used are condensation, adsorption, absorption, and CO2 removal.
Chemical VOCs Treatment Device: During the loading and storage of chemicals, the breather valves of tank trucks or storage tanks release large amounts of VOCs, causing resource losses and atmospheric pollution. This series of products is widely used for VOCs gas recovery during chemical loading and storage.

Dock VOCs Treatment Device: During oil loading, the ship's hold releases large amounts of VOCs, causing resource losses and atmospheric pollution. This series of products is widely used for VOCs gas recovery at docks.
The main treatment method involves monitoring parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and oxygen content of VOCs generated during the loading process using ship-shore safety devices. It reacts to exceeding limits by directly cutting off and adjusting VOCs transport to prevent accidents. Processes such as "dual-channel condensation," "adsorption," and "absorption" are employed for treatment.
The initial loading is a continuous operation, sometimes lasting over 72 hours. The condensation section uses a dual-channel, dual-evaporator design. When ice blockage occurs in the evaporator causing excessive pressure drop, it automatically switches to the backup evaporator for cooling. Simultaneously, it utilizes the heat from the high-temperature refrigerant gas discharged from the compressor to defrost the main evaporator. Defrosting and cooling occur simultaneously, enabling truly uninterrupted operation year-round.
VOCs Treatment Device for Loading Platforms: During oil loading, tank trucks release large amounts of VOCs, causing resource loss and atmospheric pollution. This series of products is widely used to recover various VOCs generated during loading.
The concentration of oil and gas is high, and the condensation and recovery effect is significant, resulting in good economic and social benefits. The wastewater treatment plant's VOCs treatment device addresses the issue that the waste gas from the wastewater treatment plant mainly consists of sulfides, lower aliphatic amines, aromatics, hydroxyl compounds, alcohols, phenols, and lower fatty acids, primarily volatile organic compounds (VOCs), hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and methanethiol, which impact the surrounding ambient air quality and indoor working environment.
The main processes employed include condensation, adsorption, absorption, CO2 removal, photolysis and oxidation, and biological deodorization.
This device effectively collects odorous waste gas and treats it through waste gas purification equipment, specifically a biological deodorization device, to meet national emission standards. Condensation + CO Treatment Unit
To meet the emission standards (milligram level) for characteristic pollutants in the "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry" (GB31570-2015) and the "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petrochemical Industry" (GB31571-2015), a "condensation + CO" process can be adopted. The upstream stage performs condensation recovery, simultaneously reducing the VOCs gas concentration to meet the requirements of the downstream CO treatment. The basic principle of CO treatment is to heat the waste gas to 300°C-550°C, where the organic matter in the waste gas undergoes an oxidation reaction under a medium-temperature catalyst, converting the hydrocarbons in the waste gas into CO2 and H2O, which are directly emitted into the atmosphere. Its characteristics include low-temperature safety, no open flame, and ultra-low emissions.
Gas Station VOCs Treatment Unit
During the loading and unloading of oil products and the refueling of vehicles, a large amount of volatile oil and gas is generated at gas stations, causing not only resource loss but also atmospheric pollution. This series of products is widely used for VOCs gas recovery at gas stations.
The main treatment method involves collecting the volatile oil and gas and employing an integrated process of "condensation + adsorption," "condensation + membrane separation," and "ultra-low temperature condensation" to condense the oil and gas to low temperatures, liquefying most of it for recycling. The remaining oil and gas is then treated with activated carbon to adsorb and enrich hydrocarbons, resulting in compliant emissions. This method boasts high recovery efficiency, low emission concentrations, and fully meets national standards, thus reducing oil and gas pollution.
