I. Product Overview

 

The absorption-based Vapor recovery unit is specialized environmental protection equipment designed to separate hydrocarbon components from Vapor mixtures using the principle of selective dissolution by an absorbent. II. Working Principle

 

Vapor enter from the bottom of the absorption tower and flow counter-currently against the absorbent (diesel, gasoline, or a specialized absorbent) sprayed from the top, interacting within the packing layer. Based on the principle of "like dissolves like," hydrocarbon components are dissolved and captured by the absorbent, while clean air is discharged from the top of the tower. The absorbent, now enriched with hydrocarbons, enters the desorption system; through heating or depressurization, the high-concentration hydrocarbons are released and recovered into storage tanks, while the regenerated absorbent is recirculated for reuse.
