I. Product Overview
The adsorption module is a core component of VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) waste gas treatment systems. It utilizes the porous structure of adsorbents (such as activated carbon or molecular sieves) to selectively adsorb organic compounds from the waste gas, thereby achieving purification and resource recovery. Featuring a skid-mounted or modular design, the unit integrates filtration, adsorption, and power components; it allows for rapid on-site installation without the need for complex operations like welding or cutting.
II. Working Principle
Adsorption Phase: As high-volume, low-concentration VOC waste gas passes through the adsorption bed, organic compounds are captured by the adsorbent material, allowing clean gas to be discharged in compliance with standards.
Desorption and Regeneration Phase: Once the adsorbent reaches saturation, organic compounds are released via hot-air or vacuum desorption. The concentration of the resulting waste gas stream is increased more than tenfold before it is routed to downstream oxidation equipment (such as a catalytic combustion unit) for destruction.
Continuous Operation: A dual-tower or multi-tower alternating design is employed-with one tower adsorbing while the other undergoes desorption and regeneration-ensuring uninterrupted, 24-hour system operation.
